The body in the photos tries to fit into these spaces, but it does not manage to blend in with the environment, it does not fit into the house. It is a suffering body, subjected to a torsion, forced to remain in an artificial, uncomfortable pose. Through photographic and bodily tension I reflect the estrangement of the domestic space. Thus, the body in action is no longer its own, it is a depersonalized black silhouette that tries to become part of and fit into a personalized space. The main limitation of the body is that it cannot fully succeed in fitting in and becoming part of its own environment, becoming alien. While the “body” (its gestuality) is itself a form of writing, an arrangement of signs that perform, that translate the search.
